Larry Coslow has been both a speaker, educator and motivator at many conferences and workshops around the country for these past 14 years. A 29 year veteran in government utilities, he has written and designed training manuals, books and articles to help people manage their systems better. He holds NJ licenses in both Water and Wastewater and was awarded the “Industry Service Award” from the Rural Water Association. He works to form alliances with many companies to better service the utility industry.
He is excited about the Tailgate Management Series, a collection of books he is involved in writing for the operator in the field. Participating in extensive interviews to find the most practical, realistic and immediately useful tips, tricks and techniques that successful managers have found and then sharing them with everyone is his passion.

Deborah Austin is an author, speaker, and trainer. She has spoken in numerous mediums which include commercial television and radio. Her charm and grace continues to stimulate and motivate her audiences throughout the country. Working with municipal governments and utilities allows her to help them achieve the maximum potential of all levels of management. She believes that the tools and skills in life that we learn serve us more if we share them with others. “Flying Lessons” was the title of her first book, a self-help guide written for daily living. Other books have followed, including her latest, titled “Midnight Riders”. This is one of the Tailgate Management Series and was co-authored with Larry Coslow and written for medium and small wastewater utilities. She has been involved in all aspects of sales and marketing, and has been for over 18 years. She has helped many organizations and private companies grow into both Statewide and National firms. As a speaker and trainer, her main focus has been in clear communication and firm goal setting for both administration and individual people. |
